The line does not terminate
Most engagements end at handover. Ours continues into a tracked queue that you can log into, which is the same console our staff triage from.
Every request is a record
Raised in the portal, assigned to a named person, and closed with a written resolution you can read back months later.
Attachments stay private
Files on a ticket are served through an authenticated route, never from a public URL.
You keep the history
The queue is the delivery record. It is also where our own reporting comes from, so there is one version of events.
